Class of 2012
"From assuming you know the answers to accepting that there is always more than the usual way to solve a managerial problem. Having been a professional manager for over 25 years, TIEMBA has reminded me to focus on asking the right questions at the right time."
Financing your TIEMBA
An EMBA is a substantial investment in time and money that needs to be carefully evaluated and anticipated.
The TIEMBA 2012/2014 tuition fee is US$90,000 (subject to change) and covers teaching fees, all academic materials, access to the school library, all computing charges, lunches, parking and some Tsinghua and INSEAD organised group dinners. The tuition fee does not include transport, accommodation or individual dinners.
The schedule of payment is the following:
First Payment
1st deposit of US$25,000 one month after acceptance in the programme (A global invoice of US$45,000 minus deposit paid will be sent by INSEAD one month prior to the start of the programme) to INSEAD.
Second Payment
US$45,000 one month prior to the start of the programme to Tsinghua.
Third Payment
Last payment of US$20,000 two weeks prior to the start of the programme to INSEAD.
Though the responsibility of financing your programme at Tsinghua and INSEAD ultimately lies with you, the EMBA Budget & Finance Office will do its very best to assist in meeting your financing needs for the programme.
Nearly half of the EMBA participants receive full tuition support from their sponsoring companies. The remaining participants are roughly balanced between self-funded or partial corporate funding.
